Northwood Mills Soybean Crushing Facility

Design-build construction of a 15,000sf soybean crushing facility. Insulated site cast tilt-up concrete wall panels total 45 ft high. Additional cast in place and pre-cast concrete components are all part of this food-grade production facility.
North Hill Replacement Reservoir

General construction of a four million gallon reservoir. Work consisted of demolition of an existing reservoir, and construction of a new facility. Site cast concrete foundations, floor, and walls, combined with an aluminum geodesic dome and several pumping systems completed the project
Raw Water Intake & Transmission Pipelines

Construction of a 60-foot inside diameter circular concrete caisson with a finished floor elevation that is approximately 65 feet below the existing ground surface having an augered grout-injected pile foundation system tied to a substantial concrete base slab. Installation of two 30-inch and one 36-inch steel raw water transmission pipelines having a total length of approximately 7,300 feet using horizontal directional drilling (HDD). Construction of one new river inlet assembly and pipeline connections to two existing river inlet assemblies.
Clearwell & Pumping Station

Construction of a new 7 million gallon clearwell and high service pumping station. Improvements to the existing high service pump system are to be constructed within and adjoining the existing water treatment plant. Major components of the project include: One new high service pumping station structure; one new 7 million gallon clearwell; site and process pipe ranging from 4-inch to 48-inch in diameter; four new high service pumps and associated equipment; chlorine and ammonia disinfection feed equipment & associated monitoring equipment; one emergency standby generator and diesel fuel tank system; removal of four existing high service pumps and installation of three new transfer pumps; one new triplex booster pump system and associated appurtenances; mechanical and HVAC equipment; and electrical and instrumentation.

Baldhill Dam Pool Raise, Stage 1

Fabrication and installation of 3 new tainter gates. Work includes concrete drilling and post tensioned anchor installation, concrete placement to raise portions of two abutments and two piers, removing and installing existing tainter gate hoists and removing old tainter gates.
